At Artis Pura, native timber frames are a signature of our work. Each piece brings its own unique character — from the rich warmth of Blackbean to the textured character of Spotted Gum and Silky Oak. Natural grain, colour variation and organic imperfections mean that no two frames are ever quite the same.
Our bespoke native timber range is sustainably sourced, carefully hand-sanded in the studio and finished with traditional Australian beeswax to enhance the warmth and character of the timber. We favour finishes that celebrate rather than disguise the natural beauty of the material.
